Applications are invited for Parent Governor
Dear Parent / Carer,
Applications are invited for Parent Governor from parents with a child/children registered at the school in order to fill 1 vacancy on the Governing Body.
In the event of the receipt of more than 1 application, an election will be conducted during the term involving parents of pupils registered at the school.
Application papers, together with the limitation provisions on people’s eligibility to be governors, are attached and should be returned to governance@carmarthenshire.gov.uk by 10 a.m. on Friday, 31 January 2025.
The successful Parent Governor will serve for a period of 4 years and will NOT be required to cease to hold office when his/her children leave the school.
