"Flu immunisations will be given at Bryngwyn on Wednesday 14^th December from 11.00am for the relevant pupils that were absent for them last week. Please note, if any medical conditions have changed since filling out the consent form, the school nurse needs to be informed on 07816124741. Furthermore, if the young person has had the immunisation with the GP since the consent form was filled, the nurse also needs to be informed."
