'The school nurse will be attending the school on Tuesday March 18^th to immunise all pupils in year 8 for HPV and pupils who are outstanding their MMR vaccinations. Pupils in years 9, 10, and 11 will also be offered the HPV vaccination if they have not yet received it. 

Consent forms will be distributed out in registration classes this week, please can consent forms be completed to consent or not consent to the vaccination and be returned by Tuesday 11^th March. Any queries please contact the school nurse on 07816124741'.
