Important information regarding Ski Trip 19

To all parents of pupils going on the Ski Trip a reminder that there will be a parents evening for skiers this Thursday, 31st January from about 5 o'clock onward
Each pupil has been given a booklet containing important information about the trip. I advise you to bring the booklet with you so that you can add any notes from extra information given on the night.
In the front of the booklet there are two blue forms to be returned on Thursday evening. One needs to be completed and signed by a parent or legal guardian and the other needs to be read and signed by both parent/guardian and pupil.
In addition to the two blue forms you will need to bring your child's passport, EHIC card and spending money to give to the teacher allocated to your child on page 2.
During the evening I will also need the following information regarding your child; Height in cm, weight in kg, shoe size UK and head circumference in cm. Weighing scales and tape measures are available on the evening but if your child cannot attend, can you bring those details with you.
A representative from Toppers clothing company will be available with a range of colours and sizes to take orders for hoodies if your child wishes to purchase one.
