Nasal Flu Vaccination Consent forms were given to pupils in AM Registration on Friday morning (10.9.21).

The school nursing team will be visiting school to administer the nasal flu vaccination for all pupils on the 30th November and 1st December 2021. Please can I remind parents/carers that consent forms need to be returned to school by parents before the 17th September 2021.

If your child has not received their consent form then please can you contact the relevant Head of Year.
