Remembrance
Bryngwyn school's Art, Design & Technology WW1 poppy project. 1914 - 1918 and everyone else killed in conflicts around the world.
Each pupil in years 7,8&9 has made a poppy. A clay one in art, a felt one in textiles polypropolyne and acrylic in product design and some catchment schools have made paper ones.
On Monday 12th every form class will adopt a fallen soldier listed on the local WW1 memorial and learn about their life and death.
The class captains will write their adopted soldier on a cross and place it in our garden.
Each name will be read out before the last post will be played by one of our pupils followed by a minutes silence.
We will remember them!
