Vaccinations 20.2.24

The school nurse is attending the school on Tuesday 20^th February to immunise year 9 pupils for DTp and MenACWY as part of the UK Immunisation schedule.

Consent forms and information leaflets will be given to your child in registration class this week and please can they be returned by Friday 9^th February the latest.

Please note it is very important to return the forms either consenting or declining the immunisations.

Please ensure your child eats breakfast the morning of the immunisations.
